Reservation Information

Reservation/Deposit: The Reservation becomes active only with receipt of the deposit. Deposit ranges from 40% of the arrangement price. Please state Family name and deposit as reference. The reservation occurs by means of e-mail.

Payment modalities: The open balance shall be paid 2 weeks bevor holiday.

Cancellation policies: We thank for your understanding for charges as follows: Cancellation up to 2 months prior to arrival: 0%, Cancellation 2 months – 1 month prior to arrival: 40%, Cancellation 1 month – 1 week prior to arrival: 70%, Cancellation in the week before arrival: 90%, Delayed or non arrival or premature departure: 100%. The Deposit shall be not subject to this rule and can be claimed in either case.

Check In/out: On the day of the arrival the holiday apartment is available from 15 o’clock. On the day of the departure you can use the flat till 10 o’clock. Please, inform us about your prospective arrival time.

Street Conditions: During winter season, snow-tires and chains are obligatory.
